Our Gulets - COVID 19
As with everything during the Covid 19 pandemic we will take a flexible approach assessing the potential risks and local policies in place at the time you will travel. While it may not be necessary at your time of travel to institute the below measures, we feel it is reasonable to outline mitigating action we may take to ensure the safety of our guests and the crew.
Our measure may include but are not limited to the following:
Crew to have regular Covid 19 tests.
Crew to have temperatures checked regularly.
Crew may be required to wear face masks when in close contact with our guests.
Crew where possible will observe social distancing and hand washing protocols.
Crew may be required to wear disposable gloves.
The interior and exterior of the boat will be disinfected before the start of each cruise, this may include ‘fogging’ the interior with disinfectant formula, the air conditioning system will be sterilised prior to each departure.
All linen, towels and soft furnishings will be washed or sprayed using disinfectant detergent.
Guests do not need to wear facemasks on deck, however if local government guidelines require, guests may need to wear facemasks in enclosed communal spaces on board such as in the saloon and corridors.
If necessary and required by local regulations meals will be served in two sittings to allow social distancing, or in one sitting with some guests seated in the salon and on the outside deck.
Guests will be advised of local regulations in their port of call by the captain, in certain instances guests may be required to show proof of their vaccine status in order to eat inside restaurants.
When tender needs to be used for embarkation/disembarkation at a port of call, the number of guests allowed on the tender may be reduced to allow for social distancing.
